In compliance with the laws and regulations of Indonesia, pertaining to non-profit foundations, the founders of Sunrise School have the established the following organizational structure for the management of the school :

In the long term, the foundation (Yayasan MACK) wishes to establish the school as a separate legal entity, as a foundation in its own right. The Indonesian government has not yet finalized legislative guidelines for independent school management and governance, and so this process is currently in abeyance.
